Shipping Policy
Please note that all the self-pickup orders are free to pick up at studio.
Please check out our Zone List below to see the current postcodes we deliver to most areas in Perth, if your postcode is not listed please contact us.
Do make sure to write down the specific delivery address, delivery date and expected time in the note. We accommodate existing orders and delivery route schedule every day, so we cannot guarantee that it will be delivered within your expected delivery time. We will notify you of the approximate delivery time by SMS in advance.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the address entered is correct and that a recipient or representative is available to receive the delivery. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the goods will be taken back to the studio for self-pickup during business hours. Alternatively we can arrange a re-delivery at an equal cost to the original delivery fee. ( If the delivery fee is free, the re-delivery fee is $20.) However, the re-delivery time cannot be guaranteed and needs to be arranged according to the existing schedule.
*Our balloons are all freshly made. If the delivery is unsuccessful, there is possibility that the balloons are less fresh looking.
*Please note that there may occasionally be some circumstances that cause delays in delivery, such as weather, traffic and other, we will not be responsible for and provide refunds due to uncontrollable factors in the delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the balloon we do not provide any refunds, unless it is our fault, such as the balloon deflated in our care before delivery or self-collection.
Please ensure that your car has big enough opening and space to fit the balloons. Once the balloons have been made, the size can't be reduced and we can't take responsibility and offer refund if the balloons don't fit in your car.
For self-collect orders, we are not responsible once it has left Balloonique Studio’s premises.We will not refund, replace or exchange any balloons that have popped, deflated or become damaged whilst in your care, including during transport.
We will take care of and deliver the balloons with great care, and we will not be responsible for any fault after the order has been safety delivered, nor will we make any returns or exchanges.
Our orders are all freshly made, if the balloons are not so fresh due to unsuccessful delivery or self-pickup at the scheduled time, we will not refund or replace it.
If the balloons pop or deflate during your care, you can contact us to make a new one, and there will be a 10% discount, but we cannot guarantee that the re-make order will be completed on the same day or within a specific time, and it needs to be adjusted according to the schedule, especially for some complex items that usually take several hours. After the re-make order is completed, you can pick it up for free, or you can ask for delivery for an equal shipping fee. If your shipping fee is free, you will be charged $20 for re-delivery.
