Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Balloonique Studio ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of this website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms & Conditions to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms & Conditions by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms & Conditions are posted.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Site. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Terms & Conditions prior to you using the Site.

Order Amendments & Cancellations

If you need to modify your order, please contact us to make changes at least 72 hours before scheduled

self-collection or delivery day.

Amendments do not constitute a new order and cancellations will still be bound by the cancellations terms.

We only accept order cancellations within the first 24 hours after orders have been placed. All the orders cannot be canceled and no refund will apply after 24 hours of order placement.

If government restrictions will prevent your event from taking place, you may defer your existing booking to a date within 6 months of the original event date, or a credit that will be redeemed for any items within that 6 months.

For active bookings subject to an extension agreement such as: government-mandated restrictions, agree to defer due to illness or any other reason agreed between Balloonique Studio and the purchaser; Cancellations are no longer accepted and all monies will be forfeited.

Shipping Policy

Do make sure to write down the specific delivery address, delivery date and expected time in the note. We accommodate existing orders and delivery route schedule every day, so we cannot guarantee that it will be delivered within your expected delivery time. We will notify you of the approximate delivery time by SMS in advance.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the address entered is correct and that a recipient or representative is available to receive the delivery. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the goods will be taken back to the studio for self-pickup during business hours. Alternatively we can arrange a re-delivery at an equal cost to the original delivery fee. ( If the delivery fee is free, the re-delivery fee is $20.) However, the re-delivery time cannot be guaranteed and needs to be arranged according to the existing schedule.

*Our balloons are all freshly made. If the delivery is unsuccessful, there is possibility that the balloons are less fresh looking.

*Please note that there may occasionally be some circumstances that cause delays in delivery, such as weather, traffic and other, we will not be responsible for and provide refunds due to uncontrollable factors in the delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the balloon we do not provide any refunds, unless it is our fault, such as the balloon deflated in our care before delivery or self-collection.

Please ensure that your car has big enough opening and space to fit the balloons. Once the balloons have been made, the size can't be reduced and we can't take responsibility and offer refund if the balloons don't fit in your car.

Please make sure there are no sharp objects in the vehicle that could make your balloon pop. We will provide a bag for free with certain orders (orders where the balloon is not too large), but we cannot guarantee that the balloons will not be damaged in the bag. For orders where the balloons are too large, we recommend that you protect the balloons with appropriate protection to keep them still and prevent them from floating and onto hot surfaces in your vehicle.

In summer or warmer temperatures, make sure to keep the car cool when you arrive, and don't leave balloons in the car for long periods of time, as a heated car can cause the gas to expand and possibly cause the balloon to pop. The same rules apply to leaving balloons outdoors.

For self-collect orders, we are not responsible once it has left Balloonique Studio.We will not refund, replace or exchange any balloons that have popped, deflated or become damaged whilst in your care, including during transport.

We will take care of and deliver the balloons with great care, and we will not be responsible for any fault after the order has been safety delivered, nor will we make any returns or exchanges.

Our orders are all freshly made, if the balloons are not so fresh due to unsuccessful delivery or self-pickup at the scheduled time, we will not refund or replace it.

If the balloons pop or deflate during your care, you can contact us to make a new one, and there will be a 10% discount, but we cannot guarantee that the re-make order will be completed on the same day or within a specific time, and it needs to be adjusted according to the schedule, especially for some complex items that usually take several hours. After the re-make order is completed, you can pick it up for free, or you can ask for delivery for an equal shipping fee. If your shipping fee is free, you will be charged $20 for re-delivery.

Balloon Colors

While every effort is made to provide accurate images of each product's color and design, actual colors and designs may vary due to different screen settings, lighting at installation location, slight differences in product finish over time and other factors. Balloonique Studio reserves the right to change designs and colors in case of emergency, for example if there is a problem with the batch of balloons. Where possible, clients will be contacted to discuss changes, however this may not always be possible due to time/workflow constraints. If you choose to add any add-ons, Balloonique Studio reserves the right to replace the listed item with a similar product of the same value should the listed item become unavailable.
